This policy explains how Memora is designed to handle official export files and related permissions. Creamole Limited is responsible for the Memora website and the privacy approach described here.
Official export files
Memora processes official Snapchat export files that you select yourself. The app does not require a Snapchat login, does not request Snapchat credentials and does not use private Snapchat APIs.
Private media stays local
Private photos and videos are processed locally on your device. Memora is designed not to upload private media to Memora servers for importing, duplicate detection or verification. No Memora account is required.
Files and Photos permissions
Access to files is used only for official export files that you select. Access to Apple Photos is used only for the import and verification you request. Location metadata is processed only when it is contained in the export files you selected.
Website data
The website currently has no contact form and is not intended to collect messages or personal information at launch. It should not use advertising cookies or tracking by default.
Final implementation check
[Confirm before launch] Memora’s final analytics and crash-reporting setup is still to be confirmed. This policy may be updated once that configuration is final.
